Well, the girls next door my friend came to swim. I asked her mother if she could and she said yes. I was watching the girls swim back and I noticed a bruise the shape of a belt and buckle on the backs of little girls. loop part could be an accident, but it sounds like an abuse? well I just called and told them about it. Hell Yes, it looks like abuse! there is no reason for the bruises left on a child after the spanking. if the police or medical physican seen what would be reported. I am not against the penalty, but you know children should be treated this way. Is violence and should be handled this way.
